Organic Hair Factory 2016
Thanks for everybody’s support on ORGANIC throughout year 2016, and and we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ! On this festive occasion, we will tell you what we’ve been doing and achieved during year 2016.
With regard to factory, we have optimized our raw-material purchasing channels for wig making, by implementing stricter quality control measures from the upper section of the industrial chain and by increasing our material inventory. Now we have 3,300kg stock to ensure our product quality, order quantity and on-time delivery. With regard to production, we made innovative improvement on the production technology and process of Hair Extensions, which really surprised our customers by our product quality! From January 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016, our sales volume reached over 26 million US dollars, of which, up to 57.5%, as always, is contributed by Qingdao and Guangzhou trading companies. Moreover, most of our product export is through these companies indirect exports, while our direct export accounts for 33% of the total, up 15% from year 2015, which is expected to reach at least 35% in year 2017.
With regard to direct exports, we have established a more comprehensive quality inspection and after-sales service system, and our export sales team now has 45 people to ensure both quality product and good service. They are striving to help each customer to do their business well. From January 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016, the direct exports of our trade department had reached more than 8.5 million US dollars.
Over the past 2 years, the number of newly established wig companies has been on the rise due to the favorable national policies. And also, as communication becomes faster and more convenient, overseas small and medium-sized buyers are able to find Chinese hair suppliers through Google search engine, thus realized cross-border purchase. And purchasing pattern change also further reduced procurement costs, with quality control problems inevitably followed and led to more customer loss and higher time costs. Faced with such situation, we conducted a market survey, which turned out that in 2016, the global wig buyers began to return to rationality, with many people no longer believed low cost. As a result, Chinese hair suppliers began a new round of brutal reshuffle, and each month you can see some Chinese hair factories going into bankruptcy. Unlike in the past three years, many buyers are no longer stick to the lowest price, but rather attach great importance to corporate integrity and product quality, and they also care more about a longer and sustainable cooperation, which is exactly what we insist on. Throughout the past 16 years, we’ve been making every effort to meet customer demands with a grateful heart.
